Hoppy New Year!
February 3rd is the start of the Chinese New Year, which this year happens to be the Year of the Rabbit.
Yes! Young Alfred came to us late last year, but we've kept him under wraps for a few weeks, given previous luck... We're certainly hoping for a trauma-free year! He's a dwarf (as you can tell)'helicopter lop', with only one lopped ear- the upright ear developed a kink in it after his desexing tattoo. :-) He's incredibly small and silent, and very endearing. I would never have considered a dwarf really, but my friend at the shelter said I'd love him, so we had to go look...and promptly brought him home. Any friends he gets will be of a more sensible size! ;-)
You have a new bunnny! I'm so hoppy for you. Let's hope that being the Year of the Rabbit your pet-owning year will be trauma-free (he's gorgeous!).
